Black Canvas is an event series created as a platform for musical expression. We are the longest running Thursday night live music space in Dallas. Spanning 8 years, we have worked with countless venues, collaborated with hundreds of artists, and have had the pleasure of serving thousands of music lovers at our events. T H E S P O T L I G H T

T H E S P O T L I G H T is a part of the Black Canvas experience. It’s a residency where 3 artists are chosen to perform alongside each other to create a ‘Jam Session’ experience. Each vocalist is an established artist here in the DFW, writing, composing, and releasing their own music.

Our house band is Celestial Clockwork. They are a dynamic trio composed of Grammy nominated musicians. They have toured all over the country with countless accolades within the music scene locally and nationally. While we see the main 3 members, they have additional members under their banner that play a range of instruments as well.
